Chapter Summary:
A giant named Hagrid arrives to deliver Harry’s acceptance letter to Hogwarts and reveals the truth about his magical heritage. He tells Harry that his parents were wizards killed by Voldemort, and that Harry is a wizard too. After Hagrid gives Harry his letter and a birthday cake, he takes Harry away from the Dursleys.
